Low Intensity Training

Our Low Intensity sessions offer a range of different workouts including bodyweight, weighted workouts and cardio, all without jumping or explosive movements.

These sessions offer you the choice to be able to work at your level and increase or decrease your intensity to actively promote your overall exercise form and posture, alongside renewed confidence. Each 20-minute session will help to build your exercise tolerance, whilst maintaining a safe, balanced intensity level to suit your individual capability.
