Dumbbell Circuits

If you are looking to improve your strength and endurance, then our Dumbbell Circuits are perfect for you.

These 30-minute, well-measured strength training sessions are aimed at our members with a reasonable fitness level, helping to promote your overall strength and appearance. Sessions combine effective weight training methods and bodyweight movements to achieve fuller muscular engagement.

To effectively plan your fitness journey, we recommend you do not conduct these sessions on the same day as our Met-Con Training or HIIT Cardio sessions.
