Kirsty is an advocate for exercise for everyone, with a special interest in empowering women of all ages through functional movement and strength including during pregnancy throughout the post natal period, into menopause and beyond.

She is a champion for using exercise to increase confidence and improve physical and mental health and wellbeing.
