Where is my welcome email?

Often first emails from new companies can go straight into the junk folder, so please check there for your welcome email. You will receive your discount code for your Myzone belt on this email, or alternatively, you can find it in the training area.

Do I need anything to get started?

All you need is a positive attitude, a bit of space and internet access through your phone (iPhone or Android), computer, laptop or tablet. There are classes with dumbbells, but if you don’t have weights, there are plenty of body weight only classes. If you have a roll mat this would make life a little more comfortable.  (We are looking into products that you will be able to purchase, that will assist with some of our sessions, so watch this space)!

What do I do if I want to cancel?

Your membership renews monthly until you cancel. If you would like to cancel, please go to your Profile>Membership account>My Memberships and click cancel. We at INCITE want to really understand what our community wants, so please let us know why you are leaving us by emailing [email protected]

What if I miss a scheduled class? Can I watch it later?

Yes, don’t worry. If you miss the scheduled class you can watch it later.  It will become available in the Previous Session section in the evening.  The previous 4 sessions will be available on there.

Do I need MyZone to participate in the online sessions?

No.  You don’t need a Myzone belt to get started, however, in our experience when you see your live stats during your working out, not only does it push you harder, it really is the best motivator to keep you at the training intensity levels you need to be aiming for!

Will I be automatically included into the INCITE Community chat on Myzone if I decide to get a belt?

Yes, but you can always leave.  We want everyone to have the option to talk, support and encourage each other, and be part of our growing INCITE Community.  You will find us in MZ-Chat on the app. To leave the chat click on the people icon at the top right of the screen, then the little circle with the line through it, and you’ll be given the option to leave.
