We are so excited to announce that we have a feature trainer joining us for two weeks, bringing beginner and intermediate vinyasa yoga sessions to our platform.
Lucia started practising yoga back in 2000 after suffering too many injuries through kickboxing training, and decided it was time for a change. Practising many yoga disciplines including Hatha, Ashtanga, Bikram and Kundalini, Lucia settled into Vinyasa yoga and eventually Baptiste method, And completed her RYS alliance recognised 200 hour power vinyasa yoga teacher training.
After a significant Car accident which caused injuries to her entire spine, it affected everything she did thereafter. Fortunately yoga gave her the tools to live pain-free and found a place where she could tap into her centre to find a sense of grounding and peace within herself, no matter what happened in the external environment.
Lucia will be bringing us three beginner sessions and three intermediate sessions over the course of the next two weeks starting from 16th of November.
Kirsty is an advocate for exercise for everyone, with a special interest in empowering women of all ages through functional movement and strength including during pregnancy throughout the post natal period, into menopause and beyond. She is a champion for using exercise to increase confidence and improve physical and mental health and wellbeing.
