Welcome to Fortius!  Are you ready to take on this intense 10 day programme?  This is all based around strength so will require equipment throughout.  Fortius will really fire up those muscles to give you a good pathway into some good, consistent strength training.  Make sure you include some active recovery during and after this programme, you will need it!
